Celebrating the season

Tables set for the julbord at the Center

The julbord was set out on the ping pong table

60 people attended

Plenty of food and plenty of good company

Baptism of Emilee on Saturday

We spent Christmas Eve celebrating with the Shrobe family,
but she wanted photos on Sunday.  Her 3 brothers in back.

We had Sunday dinner with Per Arne and Ellen, who are
newlyweds and this was her first julbord to prepare
by herself.  She did well!!

Hanging out after our Sunday julbord.

No christmas celebration is complete without Julmust!!

Our Christmas decorations

The stockings are bigger than the tree!

Our living room window

Christmas Eve Julbord at the Shrobes

We watched Kalle Anka....

with the rest of Sweden....

at 3PM on Christmas Eve.

A Christmas Eve tradition for over 50 years...

it is a few Disney cartoons and...

shorts scenes from Disney movies!

Right after Kalle Anka jultomten came and handed out gifts.

Only Levi liked jultomten (papa).

We always like jultomten!

The 2nd day of Christmas spent with the Baker family...

and the Hulterströms and their extended family.

We played fun games...

watched the younger ones tie themselves in knots...

and ate more goodies!

Today we had district meeting, which
ended in a group hug for Elder Roberts who
is being transferred!

What a great Christmas you had - even without family nearby. As usual, you are making such a difference in people's lives.

Love you & Merry Christmas!

And Happy New Year, too!

How neat. So why do the candles in the window have 7 sticks?
