4th of July at Festinord and other fun times

Our center farewell party-before 20 more came!

An old mill road in Mölndal

Gunnebo Slott in Mölndal

The Hulldins from Alingsås Ward
who are going to be our replacements
in September.

The town center in Alingsås, the town where Festinord
was held (and the town where we attend church each Sunday).

Fun at the world wide carnival night.

Can Erica stay on the bull?  (she is former sister missionary
who came back for Festinord).

Stacy, Mette and Amy (who is a former sister missionary
who came back for Festinord with her sister, Stacy)

Lovisa and Alice

Sam, David, Martin, Björn

Tobias and Linda who are brother/sister

Waiting for our train to Gräfsnäs.

It was a long wait!

Can you see where this girl found a place to rest?

How David, the professional tumbler used his time waiting.

John and Elder Boyer, his second cousin, exchanged stories.

Ready to board the train.

We passed beautiful scenery on the train ride.

At our destination, the young people had to manually turn
the engine around on the turntable.

Fun and games in front of the castle ruins.

Oscarsons and Reynolds, forever friends.  Reynolds
return home next week.

The castle (dates back to 1300s) ruins.

The restored village in the slottspark.

Charming house we passed on the way to Albert Hall.

Getting ready for winter with neatly stacked
woodpiles.

All ready for the dinner dance.  We helped
decorate these tables.

We sat in the overflow lobby area for the dinner dance,
where we could see what we were eating and with
a view of the river.

It was a great week spent with 600 amazing young people from 25 countries
and 15 other senior couples!
