April in Göteborg

I looked out the window of the center one day
and saw bright green tutus around the trees lining
the center sidewalk.  They led to the University...

and were even adorning the lions at the entrance.
????

Today we drove down to the sea to check out the
place where the young adults want to have
a cook-out on Friday.
NO, it is not warm enough, but that is what
they want to do!

Last year when we went in August, there were 4 cars in
a very huge parking lot.  Today the parking lot was full of
boats that had wintered there.  We wondered if we
were in the right place!

Many people were working on their boats,
getting them ready to set sail.

John is not fussy..he thought he'd
like this one!

This afternoon we went to Slottsskogen,
the big park we like to walk in.  We followed
these directions, "Follow the elephant"...

The footsteps led into this building (which is where
we had planned to go).

We even found the elephant!

We also discovered a maze in the park.

And a bunch of lovely daffoldils.
It was a fun walk and an enjoyable day!
