These next few pictures are not taken this time of year...

but they are of rocks...

...that are everywhere in this part of Sweden.

Stockholm and Göteborg, the 2 biggest cities...

...are built on rocks.

Consequently, a Swede invented dynamite...

..and they have perfected the art of blasting.

Whenever any digging has to be done...they need to blast.

This is just a smallish hole where they needed to dig to
place new garbage containers.  It took three days of
blasting before they could finish up.  It was relatively
muffled booms that they warned us about in
advance.

Gabriel turned out some fine pizza dough for the
pizza making night.

All the makings for the pizza party.  The reason for the
bananas, is that a favorite pizza is banana curry.
